The Lymph System, Circulatory System and Digestive System are a Trifecta for a Healthy Immune System!
Together these systems work continuously to keep our body at peak performance. But…you have to do your part too!
Everyday our body is overexposed to chemicals, pollutants and toxins which is has to absorb, process and eliminate.
Most of us have between 400 and 800 chemical residues stored in the fat cells. The problem is excretion. If our systems are not functioning optimally, these toxic wastes linger, clogging the lymphatic system, leaving our cells and organs sitting in a very inflammatory environment. The end result is a compromised immune system.
Today’s sedentary lifestyle, injuries, tight muscles also lead to the lymph becoming stagnant. To make it worse, the body can retain residue from any type of stagnation for months or even years.
Your health is not in a bottle of pills. It’s within you!
“When you invest in your health, the dividends are immeasurable”
Currently, the EPA has more than 85,000 chemicals listed on its inventory of substances that fall under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). According to the WHO, an estimated 24% of the global disease burden and 23% of all deaths can be attributed to environmental factors. Add to that list the burden of stress, an unbalanced work schedule, medications, etc.
The Lymph System is the body’s most under appreciated system, yet its job is to supercharge the immune system
The lymph system helps with immune surveillance by destroying bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi from running throughout the body.
The lymph system is uni-directional and fights gravity. This means it must be pumped by the body’s movement to keep it circulating. Bodily movement such as breathing, intestinal activity, and muscle action/exercise all assist in creating the flow throughout the body. Just drinking more water is not enough to get your lymph circulating and toxins eliminated.
